I enjoyed this article and the way it laid out a process in simple steps. I met my first spirit guide through vivid dreaming. It was an awesome experience. I have connected with other guides since, they come and go. The experience can be a bit overwhelming and sometimes feel of doubt crop up but there is always a sign or synchronicity to give assurance of the realness of the experience.
