I agree with much of what you have written here. esp the following; I remembered when I followed very few persons because I wanted to engage their work and I knew that I would have to commit time to do it; I marveled at persons who follow 12'000 persons. I still cannot engage the work of the hundreds I follow; I prefer the logarithm, it is like the law of attraction, it gives me more of what I ask for.

The follow-for-follow is not one of the brightest ideas I have seen; you find that persons follow you and have not engaged a single story you wrote'; pure nonsense.
