Thanks for this share. It would be interesting to know how 'consumption' was determined. Was it by purchase? Countries like Antigua and Barbuda and Barbados which are strong tourism based economies usually have duty free prices on alcohol which means that tourists buy a lot and take back home with them but it may still be reflected as consumption which gives the impression that the local population drinks that much.
